Hey everyone, what are your personal experiences of step-dads? is ur partner a step-dad, or step-dad to be? how is he finding it and do you find yoursel still over protective of ur kids?

hya my oldest isnt my partners but he has been inb his life since he was 7 months. and he is brill wiv him doesnt treat him any diff from my youngest who is 10 weeks. he dusnt call him dad but he knows hes the ova important person in his life other than me as he doesnt have ne contact wiv his real dad. x

Hi, my husband isnt the dad of my eldest but has been in his life since he was 9mths old. He call's him dad, and says he is special as he has 2 daddies. my hubby has never treated him any different. Being the only men in the house, they have bonding time, doing things men do.....................whilest us girls play hairdressers etc....
