fed up.......

why do men think its ok to shout at you for no reason......... hubbies been so grumpy latley. but seems to be when ive had a good day he thinks its ok to pull me down. last night he started having a go because i asked him if he would take the seats out of the kia so i could take my cot round to a friend who needed it. he went out fine and came in ranting how i had just sat there while he lifted the seats out of the car etc and i was lazy etc. then he started having a go because his birthday was in july (29th) and his present still hadnt arrived. i ordered a voucher for mammoth quad bike trails and basically its never appeared. offered to show him my bank account to prove id paid for it. even my 7 year old son heard him and said mummy was on the phone to them today daddy. he still didnt believe me . what a selfish git!!!!! when he finally calmed down he started going on about how i spend more time with the kids and see to them more than him etc . omg im amummy i cant just shut that off when he wants attention. he said that he didnt know why he was getting angry all the time.how silly wee things are makin him flare up etc. i just dont know what to do anymore my heart sinks everytime i look at him and see the anger again . its name calling shouting and being nasty then he changes and is back to oh im sorry etc. what do i do?????? all i do (according to him) is socialise with my friends .example. i went to a fun day yesterday with the 3 kids alone . i bumped into a friend a had a chat for 5 min while the kids played on the bouncy castle. that was me socialising. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh !!!!!xx
