mummy of one\crohns and spd sufferer

Hey my names helen and iv got a daughter isabelle who will be two in october. My husband and I are nearing our first wedding anniversary. I have crohns disease and had spd when I was pregnant and still suffer with it slighty. My hubby doesnt want any more kids so our little one will be an only child which I suppose means I can concentrate on her a 100% and then some. Anybody feel free to chat. Im starting as a care assistant in a few weeks to get my foot in the door but do eventially want to be a nurse x
